The sessions can be either unguided and self-run or for an additional cost get the TWC experts to run you through either a movement session and guided contrast therapy.

The price is dependent on location—extra travel costs may be required. The package includes sauna and ice bath set up and up to 3 hours of use. It is on-site for 4 hours and suitable for up to 50.
Workshops and movement sessions are available at an extra charge.
