Our Workshop Offering
The following workshops are part of TWC peak performance philosophy and coupled with a private contrast therapy hire are designed to help participants learn and then simulate the learnings in a practical setting e.g. hoping into freezing cold water.
Each of the below workshops can be tailored to suit a specific time limit or budget. The power of values provides the framework only but guided team/company value creation sessions are also available as an add-on and require 2 hours.
We also run specific performance retreats either for your team, company or individuals from your team to come and learn an overview of these concepts.
