Our Workshop Offering

The following workshops are part of TWC peak performance philosophy and coupled with a private contrast therapy hire are designed to help participants learn and then simulate the learnings in a practical setting e.g. hoping into freezing cold water.

Each of the below workshops can be tailored to suit a specific time limit or budget. The power of values provides the framework only but guided team/company value creation sessions are also available as an add-on and require 2 hours.

We also run specific performance retreats either for your team, company or individuals from your team to come and learn an overview of these concepts.

  • Develop individual practises to improve our thoughts. Building greater thought control maximises positive results, change and drives efficiency. Build teams with strong mental resilience and develop shared frameworks for addressing negative or toxic patterns deteriorating team culture.

    What you'll learn:

    • What the drivers are of change

    • An overview of the power of our thinking

    • How to break habits both personally and in the workplace

    • A framework to handle conflict, disputes or disagreements before they lead to negative outcomes

    • A mindfulness practise to add to your daily routine

  • Underneath most of our emotions are a thought we have about our situation, ourselves, someone else or our circumstance. This causes an emotional response that more often than not limits our performance and output.

    What you'll learn:

    • How to identify the physical response to an emotional reaction

    • Breathing technique to process, regulate and tackle the situation with more ease and result.

    • A framework for approaching others to build more collaborative cultures.

  • A shared committment to a set of behaviours is the starting point to developing teams that work together, prioritise the right actions and grow together in the same direction.

    What you'll learn:

    • How values have driven the success of some of the most high performing sports teams and companies in the world.

    • What they actually are and how to define them for yourself, team or company.

    • The importance of the follow through and why crafting them for you situation is important.

    • A framework to develop values, align a set of behaviours and set boundaries around how they play out.

  • We are only as good as our personal goals, direction, areas of improvement and appetite for growth. Having individuals in a team who are clear on the limits of their skills and experiences but openly working to better them are the most impactful people.

    What you'll learn:

    • Why self-awareness is so hard and why most people don't have it.

    • How to build self-awareness capacity

    • Develop a personal growth blueprint

    • Learn how to confidently share this with others

  • Connecting with others and choosing to max out the potential of those around you is a skill. It's not something we are taught at university but could be one of the most important elements of building a peak performing team. This is all about there being no one star performer but a dynamic team that strives for greatness together.

    • Giving and receiving feedback

Allows you to do a one-off session with us. We’re confident you’ll want more but if starting slow is for you then a one-off session offers loads of benefits.

Pick from either one workshop or movement session plus private contrast therapy onsite.

All prices listed are plus GST.

Travel is included within 50kms of Franklin, Auckland.

Ongoing

Build ongoing ROI with a monthly partnership. We’ll come to you once a month over a 3, 6 or 12 month period.

3 months - $750 per month

Choice of 2 x workshops/movement sessions and 1 x contrast therapy session.

6 month: $625 per month

4 x workshops/movement sessions and 2 x contrast therapy sessions.

12 months: $580 per month

8 workshops/movement + 4 contrast therapy sessions

Full wellbeing integration

A complete health and well-being program for your organisation, designed to support all levels of emotional, physical and mental well-being.
