Elevate: The Five Pillars of Peak Performance

Join us for a workshop designed to optimise your performance in the workplace. You’ll learn breathing and mindset techniques to help tackle challenging situations with more ease, calmness and productivity.

We know that people who focus on developing and growing themselves make better more productive team members and cultivate stronger more engaged company/team cultures.

The workshop has been designed for businesses and sports teams who want to enhance the performance and culture of their teams by growing individual capacity to handle and conquer more.

Participants will learn:

  • An overview of the 5 pillars of peak performance including how individuals can use these pillars to enhance the productivity of workplaces and teams.

  • A contrast therapy simulation designed to practise some of the key techniques taught across the workshop and apply them in life/work.

  • A movement or breathwork session aimed at helping participants feel more grounded, calm, and productive in their daily lives and work.
